Rules & Regulations
- Enrollment in the program is at the discretion of Bardon Supplies Limited. Employees of Bardon Supplies Limited and immediate family of employees are not eligible to participate in the program. Any abuse or misrepresentation or failure to abide by the terms of the program will result in privileges being revoked.
- Points will be awarded at the end of each month only to accounts that are current at that time. Full account payments must be received, dated, and posted by the last business day of the month following the date of purchase.
- Points are awarded on pre-tax dollars spent, less cash discounts and other charges.
- An account that remains inactive (no purchases) for a period of 120 consecutive days will no longer be eligible to participate in the Points Program and any points accumulated in the program will be forfeited
- Points have no cash value and cannot be used or redeemed for any other purpose other than the program.
- Merchandise purchased with the Points is subject to taxation and the recipient agrees and understands that they are liable for any and all tax effects at time of delivery. Declaration to Canada Customs and Revenue Agency is the responsibility of the recipient.
- Bardon Supplies Limited is not responsible for damaged or delayed goods. Claims may be made through the carrier.
- Program may terminated at anytime without notice. All points accumulated but not redeemed during the duration of the program will be valid for 30 days after the announced termination date.
- Program may be altered or suspended without or without written notice.
- In case of a dispute, disagreement or eligibility for the program, it is understood and agreed that the decision of Bardon Supplies Limited is final and binding.
